Deep Thoughts by Expat
Why is Cheez Whiz™ found in the refrigerated section of the grocery store in Canada, but in the non-refrigerated area in the United States?
Update: In light of learning that Cheez Whiz™ is sometimes found in the non-refrigerated areas in Canadian grocery stores, I have added a short poll and bumped this post up to the top of the page.
Jim, It is funny because it is true! I can not help but think that Cheez Whiz is a by-product of plastic. :p LOL
Anony, Interesting about Cheez Whiz being door crashers in Saskatchewan. I remember it being in the refrigerated area when I was last there. I wonder if they changed the formula and now it can survive indefinitely?
Anybody want to do a little homework and see where the Cheez Whiz is kept at their local grocery store?
Oops! Sorry Natooke! I wonder if it is possible to ship Cheez Whiz overseas? LOL
At one grocery store here, the Cheez Whiz is kept on a shelf across from the dairy department. The spray cheese is located next to it. The chip aisle would make sense though.
