People think I'm nuts when I tell them I never ate a taco until I went to California in my mid-teens. I'm not a big fan of Carl's, but it's better than Mickey D's.
Well - Although Carl's Junior hamburgers might taste good, I am more for banning fast food joints altogether. They are the reason for the worlds health problems. The reason why more and more people get cancer.
I choose to live where fast food joints don't exist for a reason. You only create more problems with them popping up. It's not to say that I am this way all the time, but if you actually read about what makes people sick, you might think twice about eating that hamburger.
With obesity on the rise, it's going to be the number one health problem in this world. Why help it along more?
Yep, it's the fast food in Africa that's causing them all of those pesky health problems they have.
We don't have any Carl's near us yet. They used to have the absolute best fries when I was a kid, but then they went and changed their recipe. :( We have a McDonald's a block away and we've eaten there four times in 4 years. So, if someone wants to ban McDonald's, no skin off my nose. But, you'll pry Starbucks from my cold dead hands.
They can ban fast food restaurants right after they ban cigarettes and alcohol. At least burgers and fries can have some place in a well-balanced diet, they just aren't something you should eat every day. Once a month isn't going to hurt anyone.
And to stay more on topic, I've never had Carl's either. I miss Harvey's!
omg! if this is true im going to get even fatter. Carls jr is one of my favorite burger places i miss from california. they have awesome onion rings too!
Carl's Jr and Hardee's are the same. They have the same menu items and everything, so if there is a Hardee's nearby, you can grab a Six Dollar burger and indulge in the Carl's Jr experience. ;) LOL
